The InSITE (Informing Science + IT Education) conference solicits your finest submissions in any area that explores issues in effectively and efficiently informing clients through information technology. In addition, papers on IT education are specifically invited.

 All submissions undergo blind review
by three or more external referees.

Informing Science: The purpose of Informing Science is to encourage the sharing of knowledge and collaboration among the wide variety of fields that use information technology to inform clients. Here are some of these areas: Communications, Communicating Meaning, Community and Society, Computer Science, Data Communications, Distance Education, E-Commerce, Education, Government, Health Care, Medicine, History, Information Science & Library, Journalism, Justice and Law, Mathematics, Philosophical Issues, Psychology, Public Policy, Sociology, Technology, Working Together.

 

Best Papers: Authors of "Best Papers" will be invited to have their papers fast tracked for publication in one of our journals.

 

Special Topics: Quality papers on the topics of Misinforming/ Misinformation and Bias will be fast tracked for inclusion in a special issue of the journal Informing Science and/or a book. In addition, there will be a Special Session on Informing Clients through Authoring and Publishing

 

IT Education: Papers that cover research in IT Education, such as Curriculum and Techniques for teaching IT are also invited.
