InSITE 2004 Accommodations

The university is located at the north-east end of Rockhampton. If you are staying on your own (without family or roommate), we highly recommend staying on campus at Capricornia College. Your private room (shared bath down the hall) is comfortable and affordable.

Getting From Your Accommodation to the Conference Site

Capricornia College is located on campus. All of the motels are along the Bruce Highway (same as the University). Most are within walking distance and all are accessible via taxi, bus, or car.

Unless otherwise stated, breakfast is not included. Most have nearby restaurants. Breakfast can also be purchased on campus. Conference rates guaranteed only if booked by April 1. Availability cannot be guaranteed if not booked by April 1.

First, contact the place you wish to stay as soon as possible to assure availability. Be sure you mention that you are with the InSITE 2004 conference hosted by CQU (Central Queensland University) to receive the conference discount.
Then, fax the booking form. At the links shown for each place, we have created a booking form that you can print and fax with your payment information after you have confirmed availability. If you wish a room for 2, specify whether you wish double (one bed) or twin (two beds) accommodations.
